This brilliant, compassionate, and loving approach to childbirth preparation and integration has permeated all areas of my work and life, including as a Spinning Babies Aware® Practitioner (that includes bodywork practices to support restoration of space in the body/pelvis), as a Scar Tissue Remediation practitioner offering holistic pelvic care, and as an educator of bodywork and massage.
I’m incredibly blessed to live and work in the San Diego area with such a vibrant community of storytellers, birth workers, my dear family, friends, and neighbors.
Being in relationship with human and other-than-human beings, hearing a story, doing dream work, witnessing a client release shame, dancing and movement, conversing with plants in the garden, and honoring moments of ceremony in the setting of a table, the knitting of a scarf, drawing a pelvis, the simple power of touch…these are the things that nourish me most.
I look forward to connecting with you!

Bodyworkers and massage therapists, birthworkers (doulas, midwifes, nurses), or partners/friends will learn specific prenatal touch techniques within a cohesive container of gentle guidance by long-time teacher and bodyworker, Jamie Mossay.Get the Video here!
